If your slides disappear after updating your slider from version 188.8.131.52, these steps should help you identify why and restore your content.
Checking if your items are published
- Visit the slider list. If you're using smart a slider, visit the templates list.
- Make sure you have the All Items view selected.
- Look for the Publishing Workflow column. If your items have this option set to Draft, then this is why they don't show.
Publishing an Item
- Place the list in Quick Edit mode.
- For each item, select the Published option under the Publishing Workflow field.
