How does premium support work?

To submit your Premium Support service request, please email us directly at orders@bindtuning.com for a quote.

What is Premium Support?

Premium Support is offered for additional requirements beyond what is covered in Standard Support namely:

  • Modifications, changes or further customizations to the theme
  • Themes installation
  • Custom Development
  • Standard support beyond 60 days of purchase
  • Fixes required outside of the normally scheduled patches and releases
  • Priority support over standard support

Submitting your requirements

Start by sending us your list of requirements as detailed and thorough as possible. Mention all possible details such as:

  1. Type of service
    • Theme customization
    • Theme installation
    • Additional changes to a BindTuning theme
    • Technical support
    • Custom theme development
    • Full website development
    • Custom web part development
  2. Platform (SharePoint, WordPress, Umbraco, ....)
  3. Service description

Custom themes/websites

If your request is related to theme/website development, please also mention:

  1. Type of site (intranet, public, blog, ...)
  2. Will you require: Designer/Developer/Both
  3. Standard design / Custom design
  4. Describe your website
  5. Number of pages (Team, About, Services, ...)
  6. Features to be implemented (Social Links, Slideshow, Contact Form,...)
  7. Other relevant requirements
